Cramps after EP: I assume you are talking about ectopic pregnancy surgery. Since this is an actual pregnancy that has to be removed, you get the same changes in hormones that develop with a regular pregnancy. There might be some changes in your cycle or associated peri-menstrual symptoms due to the fluctuations in hormones. If this continues or worsens however, you should follow up with your ob/gyn.
