Yes: You can fly with etd but it may be a bit uncomfortable without medications and other tools you can use. Eustachian tube exercises like swallowing, chewing gum, and yawning can open up the tubes. A decongestant can be used during your trip as well as one with an antihistamine like claritin-d, zyrtec-d, or allegra-d. A rx nasal steroid from your doctor may also help if allergies may be a factor.
