My 5 yr old girl has a history of urinary tract infections and recently over the last yr has accidents daily and says she can't tell what could this be?

It could be: A congenital bladder structural problem. Get her to a pediatric urologist for evaluation.

Incontinence child: If she really can't tell that she is voiding/having accidents, this could be a serious problem. She may have an occult spina bifida, bladder dysfunction problems, reflux - many other possibilities. If you have not already, she needs to get under the care of a pediatric urologist.
