It could be: A congenital bladder structural problem. Get her to a pediatric urologist for evaluation.

Incontinence child: If she really can't tell that she is voiding/having accidents, this could be a serious problem. She may have an occult spina bifida, bladder dysfunction problems, reflux - many other possibilities. If you have not already, she needs to get under the care of a pediatric urologist. If there is not one in your area of oregon, then it will be well worth the drive of a few hours to a city that has one, .
