See a neurosurgeon: You will need to review the cervical MRI with the neurosurgeon to decide what apporach should be taken.With regard to the syrinx. You may also need to see a neurologist if you have weakness or numbness in the arms or hands. Things are complicated because of the autoimmune disorders. The neurosurgeon might need objective data from the neurologist (emg-ncs) to decide how to approach the syrinx.
