Shoulder ; neck pain: I would be careful about what brings the pain on. If this is exertional, then i would be concerned that it could be heart related. If you have a family history of heart disease at a young age, then invasive testing might need to be considered, like heart catheterization. Cardiac ct calcium score is an direct measure of plaque build up and is not expensive but not covered by insurance.
