Need more info...: If the pain increases when you move your arm, neck or shoulder, then it is more likely musculoskeletal. If the discomfort only occurs when you are moving these body parts then it is more likely musculoskeletal. If the ekg was done while you were having the pain and it was normal, then it goes against a cardiac origin. See a cardiologist if you are still concerned to pursue further testing.
