Recently placed on ramped up dose of bystolic (nebivolol) to 20mg. no problems with 5 or 10mg. hanover feeling with 20mg pill. is that a high dosage?

Incomplete data...: Yes, of course. But, it would be wise to re-ask this question with more facts such as what is your blood pressure now; what was it before? How soon or fast did the ramp up to the 20 mg dose happen. But, without your current blood pressure and a bit of history this question is not easy to give a full answer.
