Lupus and fatigue: Yes, lupus and parkinson's can both cause fatigue. You should continue with medical treatment, a healthy diet (fruits and vegetables) and try to practice good sleep hygiene. (sleep/wake at the same time, no caffeine after noon, exercise earlier in the day, cool, dark room for sleep).
