Take a little break: You need to give your body a little time to fully recover. I recommend you wait a couple of cycles before you try again. Start up again in february.

You can: You can try straight away after you have one normal menstrual period. You may want to consider some testing firstbtonseenif you are at increased risk for repeat miscarriages.
