I got a spit lip 9 weeks ago that needed stitches and now there is a hard lump scar wich makes my lip look fat. will that soffen and go away in time?

Possibly : Scarring can take a while for that to heal. If there is pain or if it does does not look right i would probably see the doctor that did the stitches and if not see a plastic surgeon have a nice day.
