Abscess: Most probable cause is a draining abscess from an infected tooth. Serious infection that requires immediate attention. There are other possibilities, such as burn from hot cheese on a pizza, or a neoplasm, or others, but the only way you will know cause/treatment is to see your Dentist. Please call now.
