Uncertain: Don't know of a "super food". However, try to avoid acid-producing foods: oj., tomatoes, coffee, tea fried foods, etc. Instead, try foods such as avocados, rice, alkaline water. Ask dr about meds such as proton pump inhibitors (prilosec. Prevacid, (lansoprazole) nexium).

Apple cider vinegar can temporarily alleviate symptoms but to permanently cure this you need a low carb diet as part of a program to rebalance your GI flora- see http://bit.Ly/1b1avqs ; http://bit.Ly/1nujy57 ; http://www.Earthclinic.Com/cures/heartburn.Html#acv.
