I am experiencing acid reflux and heartburn (gerd). I tend to get this a lot after swallowing a pill. What could cause this?
I have GERD, and currently taking doxycycline heclate 100mgxday. my heartburn is even worse right now, while taking dexilant. i feel short of breathe, which is a ket symptom for me when acid reflux is a problem. does doxy cause acid reflux?

Have been diagnosed with GERD, the possible silent reflux kind, where acid comes all the way back up. Not as much heartburn but more clearing and irritated throat. Also have chronic sinus nasal and ear irritation. Could the acid cause that?
Why is my acid reflux and hot feelings so much worse during my period? I take pepcid (famotidine) ac for GeRD, but I've needed 2 doses a day during menstration.
