Headaches are : On a continuum not nessesarily discrete events. After a car accident it is possible to have severe musculoskeletal driven headaches which can trigger and or progress to the vasospastic events known generally as migraines. If unsure get a second opinion. A neurologist who specializes in migraines or the like.
