What can i do for this? (history of migraines, been on emgality before, all mris have been clean) today had a terrible headache that lead to numbness in r side face, fingers/toes. hands very shaky and blurry vision bouts but pain was barely a 6/10?

I remember when my own migraines were bad. You have to work with your doctor and try the available medicaments to find the correct regime. The extreme manifestaions you are currently experiencing will diminish over time, you have to carefully evaluate what precipitates the oncoming episode - notice when and why you have your aura.

You likely have Classical Migraine, and the numbness represented the aura portion. But if you also smoke and take birth control pills, you have a higher risk for stroke. Would notify your doctor about this event regardless, and if it appears that events are accelerating, a preventative medication would be in order.
