Swelling Leg Foot: There are many causes of swelling in the legs and feet. We must worry about your venous return or lymph drainage. Best to see a vascular specialist to see why you are having a hard time getting that fluid out of there, when it is typically the night time that we can get the fluid out as we get off our feet.
