Can you have pain in other areas from an ear infection? several areas where i have lymph nodes are achy.

Ear infection: Yes, the lymph nodes on that side of the ear can become swollen and uncomfortable. As the infection gets treated, the lymph nodes should subside. If, however, they persist, you should follow up with your doctor. Hope that helps.
