I was wondering what would cause immediate red soreness on either sides of my tongue just minutes after performing oral sex?

Chemical irritation: Check for any chemical which migh cause irritation- even skin lotion or soap, or whatever. The other possibility is physical friction on those surfaces. It's too soon for infection to start.
