GYN: Hot flashes-yes. Dizziness and nausea- not really. I advise a gyn evaluation and hormonal blood testing. I also advise medical consultation.

Menopause: Have your periods stopped? If you are entering menopause, the hot flashes are usual. Some women get these quite badly...Some do not. They are typically most pronounced the first 5 years of menopause, but can last much longer. Estrogen is the most effective way to decrease these. Discuss this with your doctor. Dizziness and nausea are not usual symptoms. This could be due to other factors.
