See your pcp: Not clear what is cramping (?menstrual cramps or cramps elsewhere). There can be many causes for your symptoms such as hormonal, infection, any medications you may take etc. See your doctor for exam and proper diagnosis. Do not consume alcohol, use any drugs or tobacco. Hope this helps and you feel better soon.
