This defnes: Stages iii ovarian cancer, and the otlook fo cure is quite poor, but response and longer survival is commonplace. Go to a center and find a gynecological oncologist that you both respect and trust, but also have rapport. Best wishes and good luck!

Poor: If ovarian cancer has spread to the peritoneum and caused ascites, the prognosis is not good.
