Yes: Typically, girls only grow an inch or 2 after they start menstruating and you grew more than that! you can have an xray done to check your bone age to determine if you are done growing or not - if you are very short and are concerned about it. The younger you are when you get your period - the sooner you will reach full maturity compared to someone who first gets her period when she is 14.
