Most likely: Especially given your history of having allergies, it is very common to see white streaks in the back of the throat and sometimes around the tonsils. This is basically mucus that is draining down from your nose into your throat, which we refer to as postnasal drip and appears the way you describe. This is most often due to allergies. If fever, pain do occur, have your doctor look at your throat.
