I started off having labrinthitis i now have bppv and etd i have a holiday booked will it be ok to fly and if so what can i take to help me in flight.

3 different problems: Eustachian tube dysfunction (etd) usually leads to middle ear problems and is not related to either labyrinthitis (viral infection) or bppv (loose otoconia in the inner ear fluid). A flight should not aggravate your problem but i would take 12.5 mgm. Of meclizine. Bppv is self limited and can respond to head exercises. Good luck.
