Maybe: You can look up the Epley procedure on you tube & try to replicate it at home. Your use would focus on the right ear. If this helps after several tries & the dizziness disappears it was BPPV, if it persists you may have another inner ear process.

Vertigo: A common cause of this type of vertigo precipitated or aggravated by positional changes or head movements is a dislodged concretion in the balance mechanism of the inner ear. If symptoms persist an Otolaryngologist can perform certain head maneuvers to correct the problem.
