Should be fine: I would definitely advise talking to your physician to make sure he or she is aware you are on all three medications. Having said that, I have never heard of and was unable to find any significant interactions between pylera, metformin, and simvastatin. I'm assuming you will only be on the pylera for 10-14 days but will continue on the other two. Best of luck to you!

Yes: Pylera is a medication for h.Pylori treatment. It has antibiotics in it. Simvastatin and metformin are not showing any interaction with it, though.
