More info needed: Without examining you and taking a good history, it is hard to comment on your situation. I would want to know why you are suddenly having these symptoms and treat the root cause, especially since it appears you have underlying medical conditions looking at your medications. You need to explore this further as it sounds like your gut function is off at the moment.
