Bulge: I would get this evaluated. The first thing that comes to mind is that you might have a hernia which is a weakening along that abdominal wall. Sometimes these can get extremely painful and can be a surgical emergency. ( in which case go to the er). To avoid that, i would see your doctor and they might have you see a doctor in the office. Hope that helps.
