8 months ago right laproscopic inguinal hernia mesh repair..after 1 month observed a small bulge in inguinal area..in usg also bulge visible but no hernia..sometimes i feel mild pain around this bulge..is it hernia..or will become in future?

Need to see original surgeon. Possible recurrent hernia, possible low grade infection, possible excess scar formation. No way to tell without seeing
