Thyroid tests: In the us, a TSH of 11.5 is high, and a free T4 of 1.1 is normal. However, there are different assays, and you and your doctor need to discuss what is normal for this test. If TSH is high with normal ft4, it suggests early hypothyroidism. You may have no symptoms, or you may feel fatigue, cold, constipated, sluggish; possibly decreased libido.
