Many Ways: Thyroid hormone can have many effects on reproduction. When the thyroid is too high or too low you may not ovulate. Even if you do ovulate the quality of ovulation may be impaired. Thyroid hormone can affect your milk hormone (prolactin) and cause that to be too high which can have similar effects.

TSH: Hypothyroidism can cause sexual dysfunction. Elevated TSH is a sign of thyroid dysfunction. Thyroid hormone replacement should help both issues.
