A member asked:

What happens if baby drops from fetal growth percentile in 4 weeks but is still within the 10 and 90%? is that a reason for concern?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No concern: The ultrasound measurements can vary from one test to the next. In the last month or two of pregnancy, ultrasound "guesses" about baby's size and weight can be off by quite a bit. It is not perfect technology. As long as the baby does not drop below the 10th percentile it should be fine. It sounds like you are being followed closely, which is good. Good luck.
