No: Medications taken for osteoporosis do not cause teeth to rot or break. I think you are referring to dentists being cautious about treating patients on long term osteoporosis medication (especially if given iv) when surgery or extractions are necessary as they are more prone to bronj (biphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaw).

No: Decay causes your teeth to rot and break, especially if you were not conscientious about regular dental appointments. Your Dentist needs you to be off the "bone strengthened" because of risk of necrosis (bone death). Listen to your Dentist.
