Been on microgestin fe for 5 days. is cramping from the pill, ovulation or possible implantation?

Possibly: Any birth control pill can cause cramping and other symptoms, but if you had unprotected sex before starting this pill and you have taken it just for 5 days pregnancy is a possibility so i would recommend to get tested for that. Another possibility is infection which in order to be confirmed needs to be checked by your gyn provider.
