Yeast or UTI: You went to the er for a possible std? Do you not have a good family doctor? Your symptoms are probably both a urinary tract infection and a yeast infection. Please stop the Hydrocortisone cream. This would make an infection worse.

Multiple causes: Please do not use Hydrocortisone cream on/in the vagina without being directed to by your physician. There are several causes for vaginal itching, some are infectious, others are just due to irritation. It's best to see a provider so that the vagina can be thoroughly evaluated and the cause can be determined. Then the correct treatment can be discussed/prescribed.
