Why do i have bad heartburn never had this before?

Heartburn: Under your conditions you list pregnancy. This may increase acid reflux due to shifts in estrogen and progesterone. Also, the increase in intra abdominal pressure by the fetus may increase reflux. Avoid fatty foods heavy meals coffee, tea, chocolate, peppermint, licorice, and of course alcohol and of course tobacco. This works if your are not pregnant also.
