Simple is best: It is difficult to described detailed eczema treatment in this format, but if you are sure it is eczema: avoid irritants-anything acidic or caustic, including strong soaps and acne products use emollients liberally, especially on wet skin. Bland creams are the best. Avoid products with vitamins and "special ingredients". Avoid use of strong cortisone around eyes.
