Fear: Fear of unknown or known triggers causes anxiety because our mind thinks it is not capable of handling a situation. Neurologically it changes the level of GABA ( brain neurochemical ) from constant stress of being anxious. If fear becomes larger it can also cause a panic attack which is our brain's fight or flight response to perceived danger. Talk therapy and medication combined is best treatmen.
