Anxiety: Anxiety may be partially genetic but may be due to a previous bad experience. Seek help from a psychotherapist or psychiatrist.

Depends.: Some people have predisposition to anxiety if one or even both parents have excessive anxiety which may or may not obvious precipitating factors. There are other conditions under anxiety disorders that may be associated such as panic disorder, social phobia , generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders , acute stress disorder , ptsd and for children, separation anxiety.
