Minutes to hours: If you are allergic to a drug, the reaction usually occurs within minutes and 2 hours. However if the reaction is a rash , it may take several days. Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is not a highly allergenic drug although you may get side effects from the opiate it contains.
