Managing anxiety:: The most effective treatment for anxiety is relaxation training coupled with cognitive therapy that helps you modify the thoughts, perceptions and beliefs that trigger the anxiety. Learning to calm your body and your mind is the key. Find a mental health professional who treats anxiety or provides biofeedback training (www.Bcia.Org and www.Aapb.Org).

Hypnosis: First of all i would want to review with you your study habits just to assess how you prepare and how confident you are prior to the test- and then during the test. Perhaps there might be a few ideas coming from such an assessment that could immediately help you. That said, hypnosis could also be used over several sessions to help reduce your stress and to build a sense of confidence.
