No, not really: I think that you are thinking about this too much. Breaks in the skin are generally not enough to allow something in without letting something out. If you are not bleeding, you are probably not letting anything in.There are far more contagious things out there ten HIV so do not loose sleep from unfounded fear.Your body has a great defense around this type of infection. Trust it.
