Need to test: Fast pulse can come from many causes. The first thing to do is rule out medication side effect. To do that, i'd suggest stopping the Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) for 1 week ; recheck the pulse rate. If it's the same, then you could resume the medicine without worrying that it was the cause. In that case you'd need a work up to determine the true cause. My expertise is in oriental medicine, which could help.

Staetorrhea: First focus on the steatorrhea. I haven't run into that as a Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) side effect, but stopping " for a week or two won't hurt you. If you continue on the same diet and steatorrhea doesn't stop, you'll have an answer. Steatorrhea is a symptom of many different problems.
