Go to the ER: A slight elevation in heart rate with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) would not be unusual but 176 is much too high and even more concerning is the low o2 sat, if that is accurate. Even with a heart rate of 176 a young person should not have an O2 sat drop to 89. Call 911 to pick you up if still having symptoms so that they can provide medical intervention as needed.

If those numbers are: valid they are cause for concern. But if you are using a home monitor I suspect malfunction. You would be having symptoms also. check your wrist pulse with finger. Get it checked out.
