Not sure: The location of the rash is important. How long have you had it? Two small pimples do not sound like anything serious. Itching sometimes means that you may be allergic to something, and it may just go away. Most venereall diseases do not itch. The exception to this is a herpetic infection. This would show multiple lesions with blisters that hurt as well as itch. See someone if not gone.
