Common : Cramping in pregnancy is very common. Most people complain about cramps. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is effective for some. If you are concerned something is wrong see your doctor for a visit.

Possibly: As you are just entering your second trimester, it is possible the discomfort you are experiencing is due to the round ligament stretching. The round ligament supports the uterus and stretches as the uterus grows with the fetus. This is very normal and expected. However, i would run your symptoms by your OB just to be sure nothing more serious is going on and further discuss appropriate treatment.
