All of those: Numbers are pretty high, especially at your age. Weight loss alone might not do it. Ask your doctor if you need to be on medication to minimize your risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and gout.

Good start: I'm very pleased that you've joined a gym and hope lifetime fitness is your plan. Watch the cholesterol and you may need meds to help lower it despite staying fit. Diet is less helpful than fitness but ask your physician about managing saturated fats, etc. Best wishes.
