What may i expect to feel directly after parathyroidectomy?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Aaron Pardini
Specializes in Endocrinology
Parathyroidectomy: I am assuming this is for primary hyperparathyroidism. If you are having symptoms that could be caused by this condition like fatigue or body pains these could improve within days of having surgery. If your doctor thinks your not having symptoms you may not feel any different. Hope this helps.
