I have very strong migraines recent mri show no concerns but after mri i noticed a very painful lump on my rightside of head? it hurts to laydown?

May be bruise: Mri tables are rather hard and the entry is rather narrow. Not unique to bang head or shoulders on entry to gantry or moving out. The lump was not caused otherwise by the imaging, and certainly not due to migraine. Could be a coincidental cyst. If persists longer than a few days, see your doctor.
