I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago it's still swollen, but i have no pain when walking or running on it, what do i do to reduce swelling?

Sprain: Ace wrapping, cold applications, avoidance of too much use and elevation when sitting all help. See an orthopedic surgeon if swelling and/or pain persist. A severe sprain and torn ligament can take weeks to resolve.

Compression: Use an ace bandage to apply gentle compression to the area.

More time: Sometimes it takes awhile for ankle sprains to decrease in size with the swelling from injury. Just continue to rest and elevate foot another 1-2 weeks or so and should improve. If not you might want to see your doctor.
